Our training seminars are based on Kolb’s experiential learning cycle, a highly effective educational method that relies upon the concept that direct involvement in an experience is the source of learning and development.  Opposing to the old style training seminars where delegates are submitted to endless hours of trainers lecturing about various managerial issues, our learning cycle is a call to action by trainers that inspire participants to pursue learning through concrete experiences that provide the cornerstone for observations and reflections, which in turn are absorbed and distilled into abstract concepts producing new implications for action which can be actively tested by creating new experiences.
