Our full planning and management services apply to various events including Corporate & Social.  No matter the type of event, we follow the same procedure that assures the quality of the outcome.

Phase 1 - Planning

The planning phase includes several key elements such as developing the concept, contemplating the detailed itinerary, proposing the branding for the event and determining and organizing the extra services needed (eg. transportation, accommodation, catering, audio-visual).

Phase 2 - Implementing

The actual event is delivered with professionalism according the the exact schedule. However we always carry a back up plan to be implemented in case one of the extrinsic factors flips over, such as an unexpected shift in weather conditions.

Phase 3 -Evaluating

This final phase is of extreme importance since it provides the necessary feedback both to us and our client, in order to assess in depth the event results and conclusions.
